At Bougie Hippie, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return and exchange process is here to help. Follow the steps below to initiate your return or exchange.

How It Works:

• Please enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase below to start your return or exchange process.

1. Select Items to Return or Exchange

• Choose the items you wish to return or exchange from your order. Indicate the reason for your return and select if you prefer a refund or an exchange.

1. Print Your Return Label

• Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.

1. Ship It Back to Us

• Drop off your package at the nearest shipping facility. Make sure to keep the receipt and tracking number for your records.

1. Get Your Refund or Exchange

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  Within 5 to 15 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. For domestic orders, $9 for shipping will be deducted from the refund/exchange or store credit is chosen. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• Exchanges: Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item.
• Final Sale: Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
